How we count

Every number on this site, with its definition

We count people, not messages. Each figure names who is in it and the dates it covers, so you can check it or ask us for the source.

What the words mean

Invited
A connection request we actually sent. Drafts and queued invitations are not counted.
Accepted
An invitation the person accepted. We show it as a count, not as a rate.
Replied
A real person wrote back. Out-of-office replies and spam are set aside.
Reply rate
People who replied ÷ people we messaged, or ÷ people invited when we say so. Every rate on the site names its base.
Positive
Interested, asked for details or agreed to a call.
Question
Asks something before deciding, for example “what does it cost?”.
Neutral
A polite answer without commitment, such as “thanks” or “maybe later”.
Negative
A clear no, including a request to stop.

Worked example

Our first client: the same numbers, with their bases

131

49
13% of everyone invited · 37% of those who accepted
positive replies
21
5.6% of everyone invited · 16% of those who accepted

A Polish B2B company, 14 Sep – 23 Oct 2026; counts from our team's report. Of the other replies, 22 were neutral and 6 negative. Replies are not booked meetings or sales; results vary.

The rules we follow

  • A number without a base and a date does not go on the site.
  • We count people, not messages. One person who gets three messages is one person.
  • Replies are not meetings or sales, and we never present them as either.
  • Customer numbers are published only with the customer's permission, anonymised if they prefer.
  • A number changes only after we have checked it against the data, and the date on the page moves with it.
