Running LinkedIn outreach on several accounts, how seats, caps and campaign pinning keep each one safe

Short answer: treat every LinkedIn account as its own seat with its own warmup, its own daily limits, its own time zone and its own health. Pooling them or splitting one account's limit across several campaigns is how agencies and small teams get restricted. NudgeLink keeps every seat independent and lets you pin each campaign to the seats it should use.
Why one big pool is the wrong model
Imagine three people each sending from their own account, with one shared daily target of 60 invitations. If the tool spreads that number evenly, the new account is asked to send as much as the two old ones. LinkedIn does not care about your team's total; it looks at each account's behaviour. A newly connected account has no history, so it needs a slow start no matter how seasoned the others are.
What is per seat
- Warmup. The invite allowance climbs over the first four weeks from the day the seat was connected, then holds. A new seat starts from week 1 even if your first seat is long past it. LinkedIn Premium does not change the ramp.
- Daily caps. Every action is capped per seat per day, so adding a seat adds real capacity instead of splitting the existing one.
- Time zone and sending hours. New seats send 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, in their own time zone. A New York seat and a Berlin seat each message in their own working hours.
- Health. If one seat is restricted, only that seat's sequences pause. The others carry on.
Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter badges only change discovery allowances. Invite and message caps never depend on them.
Pin a campaign to the seats it should use
Say you run outreach for two clients, or for two different offers of your own. A campaign can carry a pin list of seats. Leads started under it are assigned only to those seats, rotating among the healthy ones so none carries the whole load, and an unhealthy pinned seat is never picked. If no pinned seat is usable the start fails with a clear message, instead of quietly sending from another account. If you pick a seat by hand when starting a sequence, your choice wins.
A short checklist
- Connect each account through the hosted sign-in, one at a time.
- Check the time zone and sending hours on each seat.
- Pin each campaign to the seats that belong to it.
- Do not expect a new seat to match an old one in its first month.
- Watch the account health on the Accounts page, and see account health, warnings and recovery if one is flagged.
