Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

NudgeLink uses only cookies and browser storage that are needed to run the service or to understand where a signup came from. We use no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

Cookies we set

  • nudgelink_refresh: keeps you signed in (HttpOnly sign-in token). Strictly necessary. Lasts 30 days.
  • nudgelink_signed_in: a flag with no personal data that lets the public pages show “Back to dashboard” and lets the login page restore your session. Strictly necessary. Lasts 30 days.
  • nudgelink-locale: remembers your language (English, Polish or Russian). A preference you choose. Lasts 12 months.
  • nudgelink_hubspot_oauth: set only while you connect HubSpot, to protect that sign-in. Strictly necessary. Lasts 10 minutes.

Browser storage

We also keep small items in your browser's local storage: interface choices such as dismissed tips and banners, and a first-visit note (nl_attribution) holding the campaign tags in the link you arrived by, the website that referred you (host name only) and the first page you landed on. If you later create an account, it is sent to us once so we know which channel a signup came from. It contains no name, email or other personal data, and we use it for nothing else.

Why there is no cookie banner

The cookies above are needed to provide the service you ask for, which is exempt from the consent requirement of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC). If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

Third parties

Our payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies on Stripe-hosted checkout pages; see Stripe's cookie policy. We do not control those pages.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies above will stop you from staying signed in.
