Dripify vs HeyReach in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 4 min read

Short answer: for one LinkedIn account on monthly billing, Dripify costs $59 to $99 depending on the plan, and HeyReach costs $79. At six accounts the two meet at $474 a month on Dripify Pro and HeyReach Growth. Dripify puts LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence on every paid plan. HeyReach is built for many senders: one inbox for all of them, unlimited teammates at no charge, and flat-fee Agency and Unlimited plans with white-label. In short, pick Dripify for a few reps who want LinkedIn and email in one tool, and HeyReach for agencies and large sender pools.

Everything about Dripify and HeyReach below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-10-09. Both tools give a discount for annual billing, and prices change, so check the pricing pages before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option. We say where it fits at the end, and nowhere else.

Two bits of arithmetic of our own. Dripify Basic is limited to one campaign and reduced daily quotas, so most teams will compare Dripify Pro with HeyReach Growth, and on monthly billing those cost the same. And 25 HeyReach Growth senders would be 25 × $79 = $1,975, so the $999 Agency plan is the cheaper route from about 13 senders up, if you can bring your own proxies (Agency and Unlimited require them; Growth includes a residential proxy per sender).

When Dripify is the better pick

  • You want LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence without adding a separate email tool.
  • You're a few reps, each with their own LinkedIn account, and annual billing suits you ($59 a seat on Pro).
  • You want A/B testing and "evergreen" lead lists that refill a campaign (Advanced).

When HeyReach is the better pick

  • You run many sender accounts, or client accounts as an agency, and want one inbox for all of them.
  • Several people work the same accounts: HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per teammate.
  • You need white-label for your agency, or a flat fee past about 13 senders.

Where NudgeLink fits

If neither fits, NudgeLink prices differently: a flat $139/month (Scale) for any number of LinkedIn accounts, based on credits rather than seats. It focuses on scoring every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and on writing each message for one person, with your approval first. It has no white-label and no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development.

See the NudgeLink vs Dripify and NudgeLink vs HeyReach pages, or why per-seat pricing punishes agencies for the six-account maths across the main tools.

Before you buy

Prices were checked on 2026-10-09. Check each pricing page, look at annual billing, and test any tool on one account first. Whichever you pick, the number of connection requests that is safe per day matters more than the tool.
