Dripify vs Waalaxy in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for
NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 4 min read
Short answer: Waalaxy is cheaper to start, from €19 per user a month on Pro against $59 for Dripify Basic on monthly billing. But Waalaxy Pro is capped at 300 invitations a month and has no email sequences; those come on Business at €69. Dripify includes LinkedIn and email in the same sequence on every paid plan, and its Pro plan adds an inbox, HubSpot, webhooks and an API. In short, pick Waalaxy for cheap, template-led connection campaigns, and Dripify when you want LinkedIn and email in one sequence with integrations included.
Everything about Dripify and Waalaxy below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-10-09. Dripify bills in dollars and Waalaxy in euros, and we haven't converted anything, so compare the numbers at today's exchange rate. Both give big discounts for longer billing (Dripify up to 35% annually, Waalaxy 20% quarterly and 50% yearly), and prices change, so check before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option, and we say where it fits at the end.

The like-for-like comparison is closer than the headline prices suggest. If you want email steps in the sequence, the cheapest Waalaxy plan with them is Business at €69 a user, while every Dripify plan has them. If you only want connection requests and LinkedIn messages, Waalaxy Pro at €19 is by far the cheaper of the two, as long as 300 invitations a month (about 70 a week) is enough.

When Dripify is the better pick
- You want email steps in the same sequence as LinkedIn on any plan.
- You want a reply inbox, HubSpot, webhooks and an API without add-ons (Pro).
- You need A/B testing or campaigns that keep refilling with new leads (Advanced).
When Waalaxy is the better pick
- You mainly send connection requests and messages, and 300 to 800 invitations a month is enough.
- You're new to LinkedIn outreach and want templates and a gentle start.
- Your CRM is one of the many Waalaxy syncs with, or you connect tools through Make, Zapier or n8n.
Where NudgeLink fits
If neither fits, NudgeLink prices differently: a flat $139/month (Scale) for any number of LinkedIn accounts, based on credits rather than seats. It focuses on scoring every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and on writing each message for one person, with your approval first. It costs more than Waalaxy Pro at small scale, has no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development.

Before you buy
