Dripify alternatives in 2026, compared on price and fit

Short answer: Dripify is a solid middle option: LinkedIn and email in one sequence on every plan, an email finder, and HubSpot, an API and an MCP server from Pro, for $59 to $99 a seat a month ($39 to $79 annually). People look elsewhere when they need something it isn't built for. Waalaxy is cheaper for simple connection campaigns (from €19 a user). HeyReach is cheaper per account once you run many senders, with free teammates and white-label. Expandi adds a dedicated IP per account and agency white-label at $99 a seat. NudgeLink, which we make, charges by credits rather than seats ($55 to $139 a month for any number of accounts) and scores every lead before it's contacted.
Everything below comes from each vendor's own website: Dripify and Expandi checked on 2026-10-11, HeyReach, Waalaxy and NudgeLink on 2026-10-09. Waalaxy bills in euros and we haven't converted it. Prices change and most tools discount longer billing periods, so check before you buy. We make NudgeLink, so read its section with that in mind.
What Dripify does well, and why people look elsewhere
Every paid Dripify plan includes LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence, an email finder with 100 credits a month, sequence templates and built-in LinkedIn protection. Pro ($79 monthly, $59 annually) adds unlimited campaigns, full daily quotas, a dedicated inbox, CSV export, webhooks, HubSpot, an open API and an MCP server. Advanced ($99 monthly, $79 annually) adds multi-team management, stronger account protection, lead tagging, step analytics, A/B testing and "evergreen" lead lists.
The usual reasons to look at alternatives:
- Basic is very limited. One campaign and reduced daily quotas, so most people really pay the Pro price.
- Every account is a seat. Six reps on Pro cost $474 a month on monthly billing.
- No white-label. Agencies reselling outreach under their own brand need another tool.
- Volume over fit. Like most tools, it helps you send more; choosing who is worth contacting is left to you.

HeyReach
Best for: agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts.
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, and teammates, VAs and clients are free. Growth is $79 a sender a month with a dedicated residential proxy per sender, one inbox for all senders, and an API, webhooks and an MCP server. The Agency plan is $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited $2,999, both with white-label. At six accounts it costs the same as Dripify Pro; from about 13 senders the Agency plan is cheaper than paying per seat anywhere.
Expandi
Best for: agencies that want complex sequences and account isolation.
Expandi is $99 a seat a month, 20% off annually, with custom pricing and white-label from 10 seats. It runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP per account, automatic profile warm-up and adjustable daily limit ranges, and its sequences branch on what the prospect did. See Expandi vs Dripify for the full comparison.
Waalaxy
Best for: the lowest price for connection campaigns, and beginners.
Waalaxy is €19 a user on Pro (300 invitations a month), €49 on Advanced (800, plus an API and Make, Zapier and n8n modules) and €69 on Business (800, plus cold email). It's cheaper than Dripify, but the LinkedIn inbox is a paid add-on and email needs the Business plan.
NudgeLink
Best for: teams that want fewer, better-matched leads and messages they approve first.
NudgeLink charges by credits, not seats: $55 (Starter), $99 (Growth) or $139 (Scale) a month for 6,500, 13,500 or 18,000 credits, and every plan covers any number of LinkedIn accounts. Before anyone is contacted it scores each lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer, then writes each message for that one person and waits for your approval. It has no white-label and no public API.
Which one to choose
- Happy with Dripify but paying for many seats: HeyReach, if you run 13 or more senders.
- Agency that needs white-label: HeyReach (Agency) or Expandi (10+ seats).
- Cheapest connection campaigns: Waalaxy.
- Several accounts, a fixed budget and lead quality first: NudgeLink.
