Expandi vs Dripify in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 4 min read

Short answer: Dripify is cheaper. On monthly billing one seat costs $59, $79 or $99 depending on the plan, against Expandi's single $99 Business plan. At six accounts that's $474 a month on Dripify Pro against $594 on Expandi. Expandi gives you more for the extra money if you run outreach for clients: a dedicated country-based IP per account, branching sequences, campaign types built around LinkedIn's limits, and a custom-priced agency plan with white-label. Dripify is the simpler, cheaper pick for a few reps who want LinkedIn and email in one sequence, with HubSpot, an API and an MCP server from the Pro plan.

Everything about Expandi and Dripify below comes from each vendor's own pricing page, read on 2026-10-11. Both discount annual billing, and prices change, so check before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option. We say where it fits at the end, and nowhere else.

Our own arithmetic: Dripify Basic is limited to one campaign and reduced daily quotas, so the fair comparison is Dripify Pro ($79) or Advanced ($99) against Expandi Business ($99). Dripify Advanced and Expandi cost the same per seat on monthly billing; on annual billing Expandi works out at about $79 a seat, the same as Dripify Advanced.

When Expandi is the better pick

  • You run LinkedIn outreach for clients and want white-label and client reports.
  • You want a dedicated IP per account and fine control over daily limit ranges.
  • Your sequences branch on what the prospect did, and you use image, GIF or video personalisation.

When Dripify is the better pick

  • You're a few reps, each with their own account, and price matters: Pro is $20 a seat cheaper than Expandi on monthly billing.
  • You want an email finder and email steps included without add-ons.
  • You want HubSpot, webhooks, an API or an MCP server on a mid-priced plan.

Where NudgeLink fits

NudgeLink prices by credits instead of seats: $55, $99 or $139 a month for 6,500, 13,500 or 18,000 credits, shared across any number of LinkedIn accounts. Six accounts on Scale cost $139, not $474 or $594. It scores every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and writes each message for one person, with your approval first. It has no white-label and no public API, so it isn't built for agencies reselling outreach under their own brand.

See NudgeLink vs Expandi and NudgeLink vs Dripify, or why per-seat pricing punishes agencies for the six-account maths across the main tools.

Before you buy

Prices were checked on 2026-10-11. Check each pricing page, compare annual billing, and test on one account first. Whichever tool you pick, LinkedIn's own limits apply the same way, and no plan raises them.
