Waalaxy alternatives in 2026, compared on price, volume and fit

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 4 min read

Short answer: Waalaxy is the cheapest way into LinkedIn outreach, from €19 a user a month, and it's built for beginners. People outgrow it for three reasons: the monthly invitation caps (300 on Pro, 800 on the higher plans), the LinkedIn inbox being a paid add-on, and per-user pricing once a team grows. Dripify adds email to every plan and an inbox from Pro (from $59 a seat monthly). HeyReach suits agencies with many senders ($79 a sender, flat plans from $999 for 25). Expandi suits agencies that want branching sequences and an IP per account ($99 a seat). NudgeLink, which we make, charges by credits rather than seats ($55 to $139 a month for any number of accounts) and scores every lead before it's contacted.

Everything below comes from each vendor's own website: Waalaxy, HeyReach and NudgeLink checked on 2026-10-09, Expandi and Dripify on 2026-10-11. Waalaxy bills in euros and we haven't converted it. Prices change and most tools discount longer billing periods, so check before you buy. We make NudgeLink, so read its section with that in mind; we kept it to the same kind of facts we give for the others.

What Waalaxy does well, and why people look elsewhere

Waalaxy starts from ready-made sequences, runs unlimited campaigns on every plan and has a 14-day free trial. Its own pricing page says 75% of its users had never done LinkedIn outreach before. Pro is €19 a user a month with 300 invitations a month, Advanced is €49 with 800 plus an API and Make, Zapier and n8n modules, and Business is €69 with 800 plus cold email sequences.

The usual reasons to look at alternatives:

  • The invitation cap. 300 a month on Pro is roughly 70 a week, below what a warmed-up account can safely send.
  • The inbox costs extra. Waalaxy's LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on.
  • Email only on Business. LinkedIn plus email in one campaign needs the €69 plan.
  • Per-user pricing adds up for teams: six users on Business is €414 a month.

Monthly billing unless noted.

Dripify

Best for: a few reps who want LinkedIn and email in one tool without add-ons.

Dripify is $59, $79 or $99 a seat a month on monthly billing (Basic, Pro, Advanced), and $39, $59 or $79 annually, with a 7-day trial and no card. Every paid plan has LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence and an email finder with 100 credits a month. Pro adds unlimited campaigns, a dedicated inbox, HubSpot, webhooks, an API and an MCP server. It costs more than Waalaxy Pro, but includes the inbox and email that Waalaxy charges extra for.

HeyReach

Best for: agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts.

HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user: Growth is $79 a sender a month with a residential proxy for each, and teammates, VAs and clients are free. One inbox covers every sender. The Agency plan is $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited is $2,999, both with white-label. For one or two accounts it costs more than Waalaxy; past about 13 senders the flat plans are the best value here.

Expandi

Best for: agencies that want complex sequences and account isolation.

Expandi is $99 a seat a month, 20% off on annual billing, with custom pricing and white-label from 10 seats. It runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP per account and automatic warm-up, and its sequences mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups with if/then conditions. Image, GIF and video personalisation are paid add-ons.

NudgeLink

Best for: teams that want fewer, better-matched leads and messages they approve first.

NudgeLink charges by credits, not seats: $55 (Starter), $99 (Growth) or $139 (Scale) a month for 6,500, 13,500 or 18,000 credits, and every plan covers any number of LinkedIn accounts. Before anyone is contacted it scores each lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer, then writes each message for that one person and waits for your approval. It has no white-label and no public API. If you want the cheapest way to send a lot of templated invites, Waalaxy is cheaper.

Which one to choose

  • Just starting, small budget: stay on Waalaxy Pro.
  • LinkedIn plus email and an inbox, a few reps: Dripify.
  • Many senders or client accounts: HeyReach.
  • Agency with branching sequences and per-account IPs: Expandi.
  • Several accounts, a fixed budget and lead quality first: NudgeLink.
