HeyReach pricing in 2026: Growth, Agency and Unlimited explained

Short answer: HeyReach charges $79 a month per LinkedIn sender on its Growth plan, $999 a month for 25 senders on Agency, and $2,999 a month on Unlimited (capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy). Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 20%. It charges for LinkedIn accounts, not for team members.

There's also a done-for-you service where HeyReach runs the outbound for you, priced on a call. The Agency and Unlimited plans can be trialled free for 30 days on request.
How to read the per-sender price
HeyReach's point is that you pay for LinkedIn accounts, not people: invite your whole team, clients and assistants for free. That's a good deal when a few people work many accounts.
The maths: 5 senders on Growth is $395 a month. At 13 senders Growth costs $1,027, so Agency's flat $999 for 25 becomes the cheaper option from about 13 accounts upward.
When HeyReach is the right buy
- You're an agency running 13+ client LinkedIn accounts and want whitelabel.
- You already send email through Instantly or Smartlead and want LinkedIn alongside it.
- Your team writes its own sequences and mainly needs reliable sending at scale across accounts.
When something else fits better
- You run 2–12 accounts. Growth's per-sender price adds up: six accounts is $474 a month. NudgeLink's Scale plan is $139 a month with no charge per connected account (18,000 credits, about 560 fully worked leads). - You want the tool to decide who to contact and write each message. NudgeLink scores every lead against your ideal customer and writes each message for that person, for you to approve.
