HeyReach vs Waalaxy in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 3 min read

Short answer: Waalaxy is cheaper per user, from €19 a month on Pro against HeyReach's $79 per sender, and it is the easier place to start, with templates and a Chrome extension. HeyReach is built for teams and agencies: a unified inbox for all senders, HubSpot sync, an API and webhooks, and a flat-fee Agency plan. In short, pick Waalaxy to run a few accounts cheaply from templates, and HeyReach when you run many senders and need shared inboxes and integrations.

Everything about HeyReach and Waalaxy below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-09-29. HeyReach bills in dollars and Waalaxy in euros, and we haven't converted anything, so compare the numbers at today's exchange rate. Annual billing is cheaper on most tools, and prices change, so check before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option, and we say where it fits at the end.

Pricing: HeyReach vs Waalaxy

Pricing modelPer sender on Growth; flat-fee Agency (25 senders) and Unlimited plansPer user, with a monthly invite cap per plan
PlansGrowth: $79 per sender per month; Agency $999/month (25 senders); Unlimited $2,999/monthPro €19 (300 invites/month), Advanced €49 (800 invites/month), Business €69 (800 invites/month, adds cold email)
1 LinkedIn account$79/month (Growth)€19/month (Pro) to €69/month (Business)
6 LinkedIn accounts$474/month on Growth (6 × $79)€114/month on Pro, €414/month on Business (6 × €19 and 6 × €69)

Our own arithmetic: six Waalaxy Advanced users would be 6 × €49 = €294 a month, and 25 HeyReach Growth senders would be 25 × $79 = $1,975, so HeyReach's $999 Agency plan is the cheaper route from about 13 senders up.

When HeyReach is the better pick

  • You run 20+ sender accounts and want one flat fee and one team inbox.
  • You need an API or webhooks today, or HubSpot sync with a team workflow around it.
  • Your email outreach already runs on Instantly or Smartlead.

When Waalaxy is the better pick

  • You want the cheapest way to automate connection requests, and templates are fine.
  • You have never done LinkedIn outreach and want a guided, template-first tool.
  • You need Pipedrive today, or you prefer to connect through Make or Zapier.

Where NudgeLink fits

If neither fits, NudgeLink prices differently: a flat $119/month (Scale) for any number of LinkedIn accounts, based on credits rather than seats. It focuses on scoring every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and on writing each message for one person, with your approval first. It costs more than Waalaxy Pro at small scale, has no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development.

See the NudgeLink vs HeyReach and NudgeLink vs Waalaxy pages, or why per-seat pricing punishes agencies for the six-account maths across the main tools.

Before you buy

Prices were checked on 2026-09-29. Check each pricing page, look at annual billing, and test any tool on one account first. Whatever the plan allows, the safe number of connection requests per day is what keeps an account healthy.
