HeyReach alternatives in 2026, compared on price and fit

Short answer: HeyReach is hard to beat if you run dozens of sender accounts: one inbox for all of them, free teammates, and flat-fee plans from $999 a month for 25 senders. It is less of a bargain for one to five accounts, where Growth costs $79 per sender a month. For those, Waalaxy is the cheapest way to automate connection requests (from €19 a user), Dripify puts LinkedIn and email in one sequence on every plan (from $59 a seat monthly), and Expandi suits agencies that want branching sequences and a dedicated IP per account ($99 a seat). NudgeLink, which we make, charges by credits rather than seats ($55 to $139 a month for any number of accounts) and scores every lead before it's contacted.
Everything below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-10-09. Prices change and most tools discount longer billing periods, so check before you buy. We make NudgeLink, so read its section with that in mind; we kept it to the same facts we give for the others.
What HeyReach does well, and why people look elsewhere
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user, so a whole team, VAs and clients can work in one account for free. It has a unified inbox for every sender, an API, webhooks, an MCP server and integrations on the Growth plan, and white-label on the Agency and Unlimited plans. Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender; Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own.
The usual reasons to look at alternatives:
- Small teams pay the full per-sender price. One account is $79 a month, six are $474. The flat plans only pay off from about 13 senders.
- You want email inside the same sequence, not through a separate tool.
- You want fewer, better-chosen leads rather than more volume.

| Expandi | Per seat; custom pricing for 10+ seats | $99/month ($79 on annual billing) | $594/month |

Monthly billing unless noted; Waalaxy bills in euros and we haven't converted it.
Expandi
Best for: agencies that want complex sequences and account isolation.
Expandi costs $99 a seat a month, or 20% less on annual billing, with custom pricing for 10+ seats and white-label on request. It runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP per account, automatic warm-up and adjustable limit ranges. Sequences can branch on prospect behaviour, mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups, and use image and GIF personalization (a paid add-on). It costs more per seat than HeyReach, so it makes sense when those sequence and safety features matter more than price.
Dripify
Best for: a few reps who want LinkedIn and email in one tool.
Dripify is $59, $79 or $99 a seat a month on monthly billing (Basic, Pro, Advanced), and $39, $59 or $79 annually. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account. Every paid plan has LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence and an email finder. Pro adds unlimited campaigns, an inbox, HubSpot, webhooks, an API and an MCP server; Advanced adds A/B testing, multi-team management and stronger account protection. At six accounts, Dripify Pro and HeyReach Growth both cost $474 a month on monthly billing.
Waalaxy
Best for: the lowest price for connection campaigns, and beginners.
Waalaxy is €19 a user on Pro (300 invitations a month), €49 on Advanced (800, plus API and Make, Zapier and n8n modules) and €69 on Business (800, plus cold email sequences). It starts from templates and is the gentlest way into LinkedIn outreach. The reply inbox is a paid add-on, and the invitation caps mean it isn't built for high volume per account.
NudgeLink
Best for: teams that want fewer, better-matched leads and messages they approve.
NudgeLink charges by credits, not seats: $55 (Starter), $99 (Growth) or $139 (Scale) a month for 6,500, 13,500 or 18,000 credits, and every plan covers any number of LinkedIn accounts. Before anyone is contacted it scores each lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer, then writes each message for that one person and waits for your approval. It has no white-label and no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development, so it's not the right pick for agencies that resell outreach under their own brand.
Which one to choose
- Dozens of senders or client accounts: stay on HeyReach; its flat plans are the best value at that size.
- One to five accounts, LinkedIn plus email: Dripify.
- Cheapest connection campaigns: Waalaxy.
- Agency with complex sequences and per-account IPs: Expandi.
- Several accounts, a fixed budget and lead quality first: NudgeLink.
