Expandi vs HeyReach in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for
NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 3 min read
Short answer: HeyReach is cheaper per sender ($79 against $99 a month) and cheaper at six accounts ($474 against $594). It is built around teams and agencies, with a shared inbox, HubSpot sync, an API and webhooks. Expandi costs more per seat but offers white-label, branching sequences, image and GIF personalization and a dedicated country-based IP per account. In short, pick HeyReach for many senders and integrations, and Expandi for agencies that resell outreach under their own brand.
Everything about Expandi and HeyReach below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-09-29. Annual billing is cheaper on most tools, and prices change, so check the pricing pages before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option. We say where it fits at the end, and nowhere else.
Pricing: Expandi vs HeyReach
| Expandi | HeyReach | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Per seat; the agency plan (10+ seats) is custom-priced | Per sender on Growth; flat-fee Agency (25 senders) and Unlimited plans |
| 1 LinkedIn account | $99/month ($79 on annual billing) | $79/month (Growth) |
| 6 LinkedIn accounts | $594/month on monthly billing (6 × $99) | $474/month on Growth (6 × $79) |
| Large teams | Custom pricing for 10+ seats | Agency $999/month for 25 senders; Unlimited $2,999/month |
One bit of arithmetic of our own: 25 senders on HeyReach Growth would be 25 × $79 = $1,975, so the $999 Agency plan is the cheaper route from about 13 senders up.

When Expandi is the better pick
- You need white-label to resell outreach under your own brand.
- You want complex branching sequences, or image and GIF personalization.
- You want a dedicated country-based IP for each account.
When HeyReach is the better pick
- You run many sender accounts and want one flat fee and one team inbox.
- You need HubSpot sync specifically. HeyReach lists it; check which CRMs Expandi's native integrations cover.
- Your email outreach already runs on Instantly or Smartlead.
Where NudgeLink fits
If neither of these fits, NudgeLink prices differently: a flat $119/month (Scale) for any number of LinkedIn accounts, based on credits rather than seats. It focuses on scoring every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and on writing each message for one person, with your approval first. It has no white-label and no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development.

Before you buy
Prices were checked on 2026-09-29. Check each pricing page, look at annual billing, and test any tool on one account first. Whichever you pick, keep your daily volume sensible: the number of connection requests that is safe per day matters more than the tool.
