Expandi vs Waalaxy in 2026, pricing, features and who each is for

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 3 min read

Short answer: Waalaxy is far cheaper, from €19 per user a month on Pro against Expandi's $99 per seat, but Pro caps you at 300 invites a month and is template-first. Expandi costs more and gives you deeper sequence logic, a dedicated country-based IP per account and white-label for agencies. In short, pick Waalaxy to start cheaply with templates, and Expandi when you run outreach for clients or need complex sequences.

Everything about Expandi and Waalaxy below comes from each vendor's own website, checked on 2026-09-29. Waalaxy bills in euros and Expandi in dollars, and we haven't converted anything, so compare the numbers at today's exchange rate. Annual billing is cheaper on most tools, and prices change, so check before you buy. Full disclosure: we make NudgeLink, a third option, and we say where it fits at the end.

When Expandi is the better pick

  • You need white-label to resell outreach under your own brand.
  • You want complex branching sequences, or image and GIF personalization.
  • You want a dedicated country-based IP for each account, plus managed warm-up.

When Waalaxy is the better pick

  • You want the cheapest way to automate connection requests, and templates are fine.
  • You have never done LinkedIn outreach and want a guided, template-first tool.
  • You need HubSpot or Pipedrive today, or you prefer to connect through Make or Zapier.

Where NudgeLink fits

If neither fits, NudgeLink prices differently: a flat $119/month (Scale) for any number of LinkedIn accounts, based on credits rather than seats. It focuses on scoring every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer before anyone is contacted, and on writing each message for one person, with your approval first. It costs more than Waalaxy Pro at small scale, has no white-label and no public API, and HubSpot sync is still in development.

See the NudgeLink vs Waalaxy and NudgeLink vs Expandi pages, or why per-seat pricing punishes agencies for the six-account maths across the main tools.

Before you buy

Prices were checked on 2026-09-29. Check each pricing page, look at annual billing, and test any tool on one account first. A cap of 300 or 800 invites a month is not a target to hit: the safe number of connection requests per day is usually lower than a plan allows.
