New in NudgeLink, email from your own mailbox, HubSpot sync and your AI assistant

In short: three things clients asked for are now in NudgeLink. Campaigns can send two emails from your own mailbox alongside the LinkedIn steps (Growth and Scale). Leads, messages, replies, deals and opt-outs sync to HubSpot (every paid plan). And you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to your leads and replies (every plan, including the trial).
Email from your own mailbox
Connect Gmail, Outlook or another IMAP mailbox in Settings → Mailboxes. A campaign can then add two short emails to each lead's sequence. They're written for that one person, like the LinkedIn messages, and you approve them the same way if you review before sending.
- Four modes: no email, email first, alongside LinkedIn (email 1 about a day and a half after the invite, accepted or not) or after LinkedIn.
- A reply on either channel stops both. It lands in the same Inbox as LinkedIn replies.
- Opt-outs work at once. Every email has a plain opt-out line and a one-click unsubscribe header, and "not interested" by email opts the lead out too.
- Gentle on your mailbox. A new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day and adds 5 a day up to your limit (50 by default, 100 at most). Opens and clicks are not tracked.
- No bought or guessed addresses. NudgeLink emails addresses it already has: from your lists, HubSpot, or the LinkedIn profile (LinkedIn shows an email only to a person's connections, and only if they share it).
Growth includes one mailbox and Scale three. Each email that goes out uses 5 credits; a skipped one costs nothing. Details: Email in a campaign.
HubSpot sync
Connect your portal in Settings → Integrations, on any paid plan:
- leads become contacts, and companies when the website domain is known;
- every message sent and every human reply becomes a note on the contact's timeline;
- a positive reply can open a deal in the pipeline and stage you choose;
- email opt-outs sync both ways: an opt-out in HubSpot stops NudgeLink emailing that address.
NudgeLink fills a contact's standard fields (name, title, company, email) only when it creates the contact. After that it updates only its own NudgeLink fields, so your team's edits are never overwritten.
Still to come: starting a campaign straight from a HubSpot list, and Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Your AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI or another MCP client (how). Ask about campaign results, read replies, find people and draft messages. The assistant can't send anything or approve drafts; approval stays with you in NudgeLink.
Which plan includes what
| Starter | Growth | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email from your own mailbox | — | 1 mailbox | 3 mailboxes |
| HubSpot sync | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| AI assistant connection | Yes | Yes | Yes |
The AI assistant connection is also on the free trial. If you change plan, nothing is deleted: features the new plan doesn't include pause, and work again when you switch back. Emails that come due while your plan has no email are skipped, not held. See Plans and limits and pricing.
