LinkedIn automation tools compared in 2026: five tools and who each one is for

NudgeLink team · Published · Last updated · 3 min read

Short answer: there is no single best tool, because the five main ones charge in different ways. HeyReach wins at dozens of sender accounts, Waalaxy is the cheapest way to start, Dripify puts LinkedIn and email in one sequence, Expandi suits agencies that want branching sequences, and NudgeLink (which we make) is built for teams that want to contact fewer, better-matched people and approve every message. The right pick depends on how many LinkedIn accounts you run and whether you care more about volume or fit.

All figures come from each vendor's own website and from our detailed posts, checked between 2026-10-09 and 2026-10-17. Prices change and most tools discount longer billing, so check before you buy. We make NudgeLink, so read its row with that in mind; we gave it the same kinds of facts as the others.

The five tools side by side

How it charges1 LinkedIn account6 LinkedIn accountsEmail in the same sequence
HeyReachPer sender; flat Agency ($999, 25 senders) and Unlimited ($2,999)$79/month$474/monthThrough a separate tool
ExpandiPer seat; custom pricing for 10+ seats$99/month ($79 annual)$594/monthYes
DripifyPer seat, one LinkedIn account per seat$59 to $99/month$474/month on ProYes, on every paid plan
WaalaxyPer user, with a monthly invitation cap€19 to €69/month€114 to €414/monthOn Business
NudgeLinkMonthly credits shared by any number of accounts$55 to $139/month$55 to $139/monthOn Growth and Scale

Monthly billing unless noted. Waalaxy bills in euros and we have not converted it.

Who each one is for

  • HeyReach: agencies and teams with many sender accounts. One inbox for every sender, free teammates and flat plans that pay off from about 13 senders. Detail: HeyReach alternatives and HeyReach pricing.
  • Waalaxy: beginners and the lowest entry price. Templates, a gentle start, and invitation caps that keep volume modest. Detail: Waalaxy alternatives and Waalaxy pricing.
  • Dripify: a few reps who want LinkedIn and email in one tool. Detail: Dripify alternatives and Dripify pricing.
  • Expandi: agencies that want branching sequences and a dedicated IP per account. Detail: Expandi vs Waalaxy and Expandi vs Dripify.
  • NudgeLink: teams that want fewer, better-matched leads. It scores each person for fit against your ideal customer, writes each message for that one person and waits for your approval. It has no white-label and no public API, so it is not the pick for agencies that resell outreach under their own brand. Plans are $55 (Starter), $99 (Growth) and $139 (Scale) a month for 6,500, 13,500 or 18,000 credits, any number of LinkedIn accounts, and a free trial of 1,000 credits with no card.

How to choose

  1. Count your sender accounts. Per-seat pricing grows with every account; credit-based and flat plans do not. At six accounts, Dripify Pro and HeyReach Growth both cost $474 a month, while NudgeLink stays at $55 to $139.
  2. Decide how much email you need. If LinkedIn and email must share a sequence, Dripify and Expandi have it on the plan; NudgeLink offers it on Growth and Scale.
  3. Decide between volume and fit. More invitations per account do not help if acceptance falls; keep each account inside the safe number of connection requests per day and check yours with the free invite limit calculator.
  4. Check where it runs. A cloud tool with its own IP behaves differently from a browser extension; see cloud vs Chrome extension.
